2. Use of LanguageLab
LanguageLab provides English-learning activities, AI-supported tutoring and available live lessons. Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and use the service lawfully. Do not abuse accounts, invitation links, payment flows or other participants.
3. AI-assisted learning
AI-generated responses, feedback and assessments may be incomplete or inaccurate. They support learning and do not guarantee a particular examination result or proficiency outcome.
4. Recorded lessons
AI Tutor and supported live lessons may record audio, produce transcripts and process optional video as explained before the lesson. Review the Privacy Policy and the relevant recording notice. Feature-specific consent and device permissions apply separately from reading these Terms. Do not record or distribute another participant’s image, voice or lesson content without the required authority.
5. Premium and payments
Review the selected plan, price, currency and access period before confirming payment. Web purchases grant access for the selected period. Store-managed subscriptions follow the store’s renewal and cancellation rules. Account deletion does not itself cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain in force; contact support for purchase and refund requests, or use the relevant store process.
6. Invite a Friend
An eligible new user who creates an account through a valid invitation can receive 20% off their first eligible Premium purchase through LanguageLab’s web checkout. The benefit is for the invited user; it does not grant a reward to the inviter. It is not a recurring renewal discount and does not apply to Apple App Store, Google Play or one-to-one lessons in this phase. Existing accounts, self-invitations and repeated claims are ineligible. Open the invitation and verify the new account within seven days to activate the benefit. Checkout shows the applicable payable amount. An unresolved checkout must be resolved before using the benefit on another plan. Failed attempts do not by themselves consume a first-purchase benefit; a verified successful purchase does. No cash equivalent is offered. Other discounts are combined only when explicitly stated at checkout.
7. Content, availability and account action
Learning materials remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Service availability may vary during maintenance or technical failures. Misuse may lead to proportionate account restrictions under applicable law. These Terms do not remove rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
